I want your online ordering to be fast, simple, and easy to use. So, I have this page to explain how to order from the online catalog once you click the"Shop" button. The checkout is broken-down into 4 sections:

(Step 1) Register/ Sign-in

(Step 2) Add items into your shopping cart. Once finished shopping and happy with the items in the shopping cart click on the "Check-out" button.

(Step 3) The Delivery Information Page appears

Verify shipping address and press the "Continue" button

(Step 4) Payment Information Page

Click on "continue".

(Step 5) Order Confirmation Page

If ok, press "confirm order" button

(Step 6) Automatically taken to Paypal site within 10 seconds

Enter your Paypal login information and press "continue".

(Step 7) A page: Your order has been processed is displayed.

If your order was successful, you will receive an email with the subject heading "Order Process". It will show your order number and details of you online order along with billing information.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS

I always recommend sending packages registered or via other shipping options (see shop catalogue). Registered mailing is an extra fee that can be added for US $8.50 + applicable postage. If you want to select registered mailing you can purchase it on the catalogue. The benefits of registered mailing is that it's insured up to $100 Cdn. (~US $74) and it's trackable.
